Installation Methods
Ceiling Mounted
Drill screw hole on the ceiling. Fix the clip into ceiling with screw. Click into the luminaire by hand tightly.
Suspension
Drill screw hole on the ceiling. Click into the luminaire by hand tightly. Install and fix the mounting hook into ceiling and the clip, then adjust the length of suspension kits.
Rotatable Ceiling Mounting
Drill screw hole on the ceiling. Click into the luminaire with clips. Rotate the angle on demand.
Magnetic Mounting
Take out the 2PCS clips with magnetic rings from the component package. Click into the luminaire with magnetic clips with hand tightly. Fix the luminaire on metallic (Fe, Ni, Co) or its alloy objects surface as required.

- Lamp should be installed and operated by qualified electrician or technician in accordance with National Electrical Code and corresponding local codes
- Unpack and examine lamp carefully, report any damage and save all packing materials if any portion was damaged during transportation
- If the lamp is damaged, do not use it!

According to International Standard of LED luminaire, DUALRAYS formally claims that DUALRAYS LED Highbay Light (UFO Highbay) series products are only allowed to be applied to indoor or semi-outdoor neutral environment. DUALRAYS promises full warranty for the products. Any severe environment application including high/low temperature, high humidity, high salinity, high-ammonia etc. is not permitted without official confirmation from the manufacturer. If any misapplication occurs, the warranty policy is no longer guaranteed.

Q1: What is the warranty for the TB7 LED Tubular light?
RE: 5 years warranty. If any quality problems on our side occur during this period, we will cover shipping costs and replacement.
Q2: What payment methods do you accept?
RE: We accept multiple payment methods including Western Union, PayPal, T/T, L/C. Standard payment for bulk orders is T/T: 30% in advance, 70% balance before shipment. Bank information provided in PI.
Q3: What is CRI?
RE: CRI (Color Rendering Index) indicates how accurately colors appear under the light. Higher CRI provides better color accuracy at higher cost. Standard CRI is >80Ra, with 90Ra available at higher cost.
Q4: Can I only buy the housing separately?
RE: We only supply complete luminaire fixtures, but SKD/CKD (Semi-Knocked Down/Completely Knocked Down) options are available.
